Yes, the airbed can be inflated using an external pump. On the market, Bestway has two versions of airbeds with built-in pumps:
- with the safety valve located near the built-in pump. In this case, you can use the safety valve to inflate the airbed with the external air pump.
- without a safety valve. This new version is applied on the model starting in 2017, and the safety valve is in the center of the knob of the built-in pump. The central hole can be connected to the external air pump to inflate the airbed without using the built-in pump following these procedures:
1. Position the knob in the inflation position
2. Connect the external air pump to the central hole of the knob and inflate the airbed
3. When you reach the correct pressure, rotate the knob to the stop position

The device can only be connected to one mobile phone at a time. If you need to connect to another mobile phone, please press and hold the "inflation" and "deflation" buttons for 3 seconds. When the indicator light flashes slowly, the device will clear the connection information of the previous mobile phone.
